Anterior pelvic tilt

Anterior pelvic tilt

Poor posture may be caused by habits from everyday activities such as sitting in office chairs, staring at the computer etc.
As I told you that our body have 3 mechanisms to regulate our movement.
For example; sitting in office chairs - with this activity, your body need to maintain your upper trunk to focus at your task. One of the important part that you need to focus is your pelvic bone, this illustration can show you what happening meanwhile you sitting.

Anterior pelvic tilting will increase the tension in your hip flexor and back extensors and decrease the strength in your abdominals, glutes and hamstrings. For long term condition, it will significantly decrease your CORE STABILITY too.
